Ken M. Founding Partner Ken G. Murray has traveled around the globe and has been inspired by various chefs and cuisines. He achieved his dream of opening a [ Local Eatery ] in his beloved Maui on November 12, 2012. “A local eatery to me, means that you offer a diverse food profile, at diverse price points”, says Ken. “Having a diverse menu means you can dine frequently and still be amazed by the food, and yet you can also afford to eat our frequently because of the varied price points.” Ken was joined by famed Executive Chef Alex Stanislaw shortly after The Grill opened, culminating a 6 month search for “just the right Chef”. Alex used his years of Maui experience to utilize local sustainable food selections and enhance the menu, resulting it truing unbelievable dining experiences.
